Terms of Use

These terms describe the rules for using aidrop.link and the responsibilities that come with publishing content through the service.

Effective 13 July 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, uploading content, using an aidrop.link URL, or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

aidrop.link hosts static website and web application files and makes them available through shareable URLs. Features may include HTTPS delivery, access restrictions, expiration choices, version management, and publishing through an API or AI Skill.

The service is designed for static assets such as HTML, CSS, client-side JavaScript, images, and fonts. It does not provide a general-purpose server-side runtime or database for uploaded sites.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining control of your email account, one-time codes, API tokens, and other authentication information. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us through the available service channels if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may not sell, transfer, or share access to your account in a way that defeats plan limits or security controls.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant aidrop.link a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process, reproduce, and deliver that content only as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and publish your content, including any code, text, images, fonts, personal data, and third-party materials it contains. You are also responsible for the behavior of client-side code in your published site and for any external services it contacts.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use aidrop.link to:

  • break applicable laws or infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • distribute malware, phishing pages, deceptive content, or code intended to compromise devices, accounts, or networks;
  • harass, threaten, exploit, or unlawfully discriminate against another person;
  • host illegal sexual content or content that exploits minors;
  • probe, bypass, disrupt, or overload the service or its security and access controls;
  • misrepresent the origin of content or impersonate another person or organization;
  • use automated traffic in a way that unreasonably burdens the service; or
  • circumvent storage, share, access, expiration, or billing limits.

We may investigate suspected abuse and restrict or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service, or to comply with law.

6. Plans, limits, and billing

Plan features, prices, share limits, storage allowances, visibility options, and expiration choices are displayed before purchase and may change for future billing periods. Free shares may expire after the stated inactivity period.

Paid subscriptions are billed for the period shown at checkout. Unless cancelled, a subscription may renew under the terms presented during purchase. Cancelling renewal keeps paid features active until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

Taxes, currency conversion, and payment provider terms may apply to your purchase.

7. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep aidrop.link reliable and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, external provider failures, or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. When a material change negatively affects a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.

Keep your own copy. aidrop.link is a publishing service, not your only backup. Retain the source and build files for every site you publish.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service or delete your account using the available account controls. We may suspend or terminate access when you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that threatens its operation.

After termination or expiration, content may stop being available and may be deleted according to operational retention practices. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations—continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will meet every requirement, remain uninterrupted, or preserve content indefinitely.

To the extent permitted by law, aidrop.link is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or operational practices. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the service or another reasonable channel.
